Log book servicing keeps your warranty intact
This is worth spelling out, because it is the most common reason people think they have to use a dealership.
You do not. Under Australian consumer law, having your new car serviced by an independent workshop does not void your manufacturer warranty, as long as the servicing is done to the manufacturer schedule using appropriate parts and the log book is stamped. That is exactly what our log book servicing does — usually for noticeably less than the dealer quote.
